Management: Bali Baweja
Bali Baweja is a twenty-year entrepreneur who has helped develop multiple companies from start-up through M&A activities. Earlier in his career he worked more hands on in designing technology solutions, before graduating to consulting C-level for numerous start-ups and Fortune 500 companies such as Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Honeywell, Yum Brands, National Life, and KPMG. By combining his background in leading both small and large organizations with his deep technology roots and natural business acumen, Bali has found a niche in helping accelerate new business initiatives to success and profitability. He excels at productizing strategic vision into reality, through development of scalable end-to-end organizations that span from idea inception and product development through sales, delivery, and support.
During his tenure, Baweja has been directly responsible for over $250 Million in new revenue and over $600 Million in new savings for customers, while simultaneously managing teams that have accounted for an additional $250 Million in customer gains. He has also participated in or led multiple M&A activities ranging between $15 Million to $100 Million.
Baweja is a leader who inspires through vision, execution, and delivery. His continuous success is fostered by his ability to develop and nurture strong relationships at all levels, and his “no box” approach to innovative business solutions.
Mr. Baweja attended the University of Texas for Computer Science and Biology/Pre-Med with minors in Chemistry and Physics, and currently holds 9 US patents and 5 US patents pending.
